Nirvana has always been on the cutting edge of integrating trading ideas into their various platforms. This has included common indicators, timing approaches, trading block approach to strategies, and innovative technical approaches like AI with neural nets, genetic algorithms, and ATM. Coupled with their comprehensive OmniLanguage, and OmniTrader and Visual Trader platforms, tremendous technical trading capability is available. Recently I have personally been motivated to use Nirvana’s Omnifunds approach for automated trading successful strategies incorporating ranking and filtering targeted portfolios. In short there are many ways to utilize Nirvana’s products to become a better and successful investor and trader. I remain a dedicated long term customer of Nirvana because of all of the above, and continue to look forward to their continued innovations in the marketplace of trading and investment.

Absolutely loved the entire Power Trading Summit program. I’m an old dog and have a tough time changing my trend trading process. But this is the biggest game changer of all the great things you have produced through the years. I’m ready to cancel the myriad outside resources I subscribe to and focus exclusively on this process for trading.

I have been a Nirvana customer and a lifetime member since ED’s earliest days and before Omnitrader – I believe about 1987. I was impressed with the many platform features and those features have blossomed. When Visual Trader was introduced I jumped on board immediately. I knew it would be a winner and was it ever. With OT and VT am able to have great success and money. I’ve chosen to use OT for long term trading and VT for short term trading. After much experimenting, I’ve was able to create my own strategies and in combin ation with indicators and systems, e.g., DMI (my favorite), , CCI, ADX, Williams %R,trend intensity, and others CCI, multiple trend lines. Of particular benefit has been my ability to superimpose color backgrounds on the chart and the indicators/systems to provide a quick snapshot for trades. These color charts are extremely useful in Visual Trader and short term trading. They provide as they make it possible to easily manage 20 to 50 trades making accurate buy sell decisions in seconds. Omnitrader, has yet another important feature, fundamental data. A wealth of fundamental data is provided, at no charge, by Zack and Marketwatch providing an opportunity to load only the best securities in my trading porfolios which are loaded into both OT and VT. In summaary, the fantastic features in these to trading platforms are the ability to create successful strategies, chart the winners with multiple color coded trendlines, test using many indicators and systems, and color code these charts, indicators and systems. The fundamental data is especially important when creating profiles. This combination of features makes OT and VT extremely successful. One last word re: Nathan. Nathan is the very best. Nathan has never failed resolve any issues. He is an expert. Best of all he is so easy, pleasant, to talk too. I would be lost without his support.

You’re really on to something with your Relative Strength strategy and profile. I honestly think it’s the best strategy to focus on in these uncertain times. Finding both strength and weakness opportunities and having positions on both sides to manage risk makes perfect sense to me. My ultimate interest is in fully automatic trading with the best returns in all markets with the lowest risk possible. Hence the new upcoming Omnifunds strategies.

I have been a customer of Nirvana since 1999, I believe. That would be 25 years now. I have enjoyed working with the many products put out by the amazing team Ed has put together. However, I’ve had only moderate success with these trading systems and strategies. Still looking for the UTM!

I’ve been a day trader for over 10 years, and VisualTrader has made a significant impact on my trading success. The precision and speed at which it updates are invaluable. This tool is second to none.

I’ve been able to automate my trading strategies using OmniTrader, which has saved me so much time. Now I can focus on optimizing strategies instead of constantly managing trades.

The concept of remaining fully invested is a GREAT first for Nirvana as far as I am concerned. With gxtrader’s low trade cost and Trade Processor automation I intend to remain fully invested in my account without a lot of personal interaction with the Broker in the process.

I am using Omnitrader now for about 5 years, over time I always received good feedback, clear explanations and really value add into the answers and advise. When more support was needed the Nirvana staff members could take over my screeen and show how to solve the issue. They explain the how in a way that when this issue occurs next time I was able to solve it myself. Summarizing, support in a way as support is ment to be!

I have been with Nirvana for more than 20 years and OT and VT are my main platforms for trading. I do like the fact that they do update their products regularly and all the staff(including Mr. Moore) are premier. In addition everyone at Nirvana have always been so willing to assist one with any issues in a most professional manner.

I was first exposed to market trading in undergraduate school. Part of the class assignment was to trade. The only tool we had to trade was a printout of price of the previous day quotes. In 1994, I had brain surgery using one of the first 3D mapping brain surgery. It left me with problems with the left and right part of my brain to communicate with each other. In 2002, the medical team informed me that I could no longer work in a full-time environment. Research led me to Nirvana. I wanted to have the tools like the large Hedge Fund had, but I did not have the billion-dollar budget. Nirvana Systems gave me the tools. As I started to use the tools developed. I learned that I could improve my performance by incorporating ARM2, Generic Algorithms and Neural Networks. The plugins and the ability to place and manage the trade was a game changer for me. Nirvana System is the pioneer in robot trading for the individual. Nirvana’s customer service always is second to no one. They are always a phone call away.

Around 2000, I was looking for a good charting system. I found OmniTrader. Although I did not initially appreciate the power of the tool, I slowly realized that it was truly the Swiss Army Knife I had been seeking. Although there have been interruptions and delays over the years owing to family and medical emergencies, I have become an active student and user. OmniTrader is my “go-to” resource for trading, and the support I have received from Nirvana has never been other than exceptional. It is a pleasure to work with people who have become like family and who share the same goals for the tools they produce.

I’ve been with Nirvana for close to 30 years and would be lost without their trading software. I have found that Nirvana offers virtually anything you need to trade the markets. As Nirvana has developed products throughout the years, I have evaluated each one and incorporated it if it fits with and enhances my particular trading style. I have also created my own scans, indicators and strategies with their software. I have settled on trading stocks and ETF’s end of day. I run multiple stock/ETF scans along with six trading strategies each day. These all run automated. I then view the strategy signals and place my trades with multiple personal and family accounts. Nirvana is becoming a leader in the field of automated trading, and I also have one automated trading account with them. I would not be with Nirvana all these years if I have not found them to have excellent products, high integrity leadership and staff and great customer support.

I have exclusively used Nirvana Products since 1997, and they are profitable. Moreover, I have been able to develop my own strategies using Omnilanguage. All in all excellent trading products linked with timely support and education.

My introduction to Nirvana started several years ago when I decided to learn more about investing and take over that function for myself. That decision found me in San Francisco attending a presentation given by Nirvana. I flew down for from Montreal. Ed was the only face I remember and when I returned to Montreal I decided to become a lifetime member of Nirvana and from there it was a great experience and a well done decision on my part. I have Involved myself in Almost all of Nirvana’s tools omnitrader Omniview Omnivest ATM, ARM trade noses et cetera et cetera. It’s been a long haul and has pushed me to try my best which without twe help of Nirvanas team of supporters, the forums, the bash would have been so much more difficult. I have had support from all of the above referenced people but want to add a kudo to Nathan who has been my main contact over the years.

I’ve used Nirvana Software for decades and never been disappointed with its performance or the results I’ve been able to achieve. The depth of resources, variety of trading systems, and support from the staff is unmatched in today’s market. I have to say it’s the best investment I ever made!

I have been a Nirvana Club member for years nad love the way you improve Omni Trader each year

I ‘ve used OmniTrader for more than 20 years. I’ve made my own strategy that buys puts and calls on stocks in the S&P 100. This allows me to identify stocks likely to make a strong move and capture huge profits. The best thing is that I can profit when a stock goes up or down. I’m up 22.1% in 3 days this week, 60.1% last week, and 23.0 % the week before.

This software is amazing! I’ve used and use a lot of different software trading packages, and this is one of the most impressive packages I have seen. I can’t believe you’ve packed so many features into one program. Worth ten times more than what you charge.

There is a broad range of resources available from Nirvana.

I’m a neophyte to Nirvana Systems but trying to learn in order to make things easier for my children and grandchildren. I traded using it and made $35k on my first day.

It was Nirvana amongst several other cos. which I chose. What attracted me were the ease of the chart’s construction and its manipulation to suit my needs. And also, it was not too long before I realized My choice of nirvana was excellent when problems or questions have arisen. The communication of the technical staff then and now is simply exemplary: clear, precise and when necessary, full guidance when required.

Relative Strength is a winner!! With my lung problem, it’s sometimes difficult to get out of bed at 0600 for a 0630 start. If we can get either an ATM solution or something similar like the slide bar trader in VT, where you can pick how much you want to be long and/or short in the market, and automate it to go MOC or MOO. Should also have buttons for no long or short trades.

I really like the ability to examine several different strategies simultaneously. More strategies equal more signals from a smaller universe of securities. I find I’m more confident when taking positions because I feel that the choices are better based.

I love the way OmniTrader allows me to combine multiple strategies and get a full view of the market. It’s a must-have for any serious trader.

I’m an architect, as such, I’m graphically inclined. I can see patterns, but in the beginning, I did not understand them. My relationship with Nirvana was originally formed with an education series on technical analysis. During that time, Ed explained that his primary goal was to create an automated trading tool, “The Ultimate Trading Machine”. (UTM) As an architect, my life is very busy, and the idea of an automated trading machine was, and is, very attractive to me. At the time, only those who were in the Nirvana Club would have access to the UTM. That is when I signed up. Over the years, I’ve found that the education and willingness of Club members to help one another has been the greatest value. There are so many extremely talented and creative individuals in the Nirvana Club that have helped to shape and make Nirvana Systems what it is today. It has been a journey made “together”. Presently, I’m most interested in the Nirvana products that do not depend on my personal computer to operate, so I’m most interested in Omnivest and Omnifund products. Of those, it seems like the Omnifund platform is less susceptible to “curve fitting”. I’m very pleased with the results that I am seeing in both Omnifund, and Omnifund 2. I have accounts trading in both platforms that are performing well.

I’ve been using OmniTrader for a few years now and always come back. I’m a pivot trader at heart and feel that WaveTrader and WaveScans are great tools. Exactly as advertised. I’ve been able to implement some of these strategies and made profit.

I’d say the software paid for itself today. Made $33k on BYND Calls using RocketTrade and OptionTrader.

I have been with Nirvana Systems since 2000 and am now a Lifetime Member. I’ve traded stocks since 1982 with varying levels of success. In time, I realized that my emotions were not good to trade the market, i.e. I was cautious when I needed to be brave and brave when I needed to be cautious. So, I set about to develop a mechanical trading system using the Nirvana tools that eventually resulted in a Model Portfolio consisting mostly of stocks from the major indexes that I post online for others to use. This Model Portfolio’s (seen at www.LTStockPicks.com) performance for all Closed Positions between 3 Jan 2017 and today is 20.3% while the currently Open Positions of 93 stocks have a Portfolio Annualized Return of 45.0% (excluding dividends). The S&P 500 during this time has returned only 12.9% annually (excluding dividends). This is a Long-Term Model Portfolio and new positions (open or closed) are infrequent. It only takes me 15 minutes a day to update it and keep my webpage updated. Everything on the website is FREE, except for the 10 most recently traded positions and email/text alerts. While continuing to maintain this Model Portfolio, I became intrigued by the new Omnifunds2 Opportunities that would trade a proprietary algorithm using Nirvana’s tools that would also allow the fund to go to cash as needed. I recently subscribed to the Premium Omnifund “Safe Harbor Diversified” that invests in only a few stocks at a time with no more than 50% allocated to any one stock. Margin is allowed and all trade updates are entered automatically as Market on Close. I am VERY PLEASED with how it has performed for me so far as my IRR is 85.1 % since 1 Sept 2024, I also am comfortable knowing that if I am away from my PC or even out of the country, my trading portfolio will be handled appropriately based on the market signals generated, AND should conditions warrant (based on the algorithm), my portfolio will be automatically taken to 100% cash. [NOTE: Now that I am retired, I do not want to sit behind my computer trading stocks all day long anymore.]

My story is probably a bit different than most of your other customers who use your products. I started with the Omnitrader platform to familiarize myself with the underlying workings of the technology to determine if the basic platform would allow me to do all of the functions I needed independent of any specific trading rules. Early on I performed some non-complex trading to specifically exercise the platform for functionality, ease of use and dependability. I also spent time on the forum pages to ensure that Nirvana was committed to continued development of the platform and to see what other users were experiencing with the product. I was sold on Omnitrader. I had performed this exercise on a number of other trading platforms and came away disappointed. Once I determined that Omnitrader was the platform that I could work with, I researched a number of the plugin software modules to see if any of the products inspired a trading approach I could be comfortable with. I bought several modules and again tested them for functionality and ease of use. What this exercise led to was a lot of in depth research and testing on the underlying philosophy of each of the specific trading methodologies. Over time, using my understanding of the methodologies of these modules, I developed a set of trading rules that I became comfortable with. The GANN trading module served as the basis of my trading approach that I use today. I’ve made some additions in the area of scans that have personalized it more for me and now have a trading platform and trading approach I am comfortable and pleased with. The other area of the business I would mention and it is just as important as the software is customer support. As a past executive manager in the software industry, I am well aware of the importance of customer support. You learn very quickly that even though you may have industry leading software products, the lack of excellent customer support will negate any good will in almost every case. I will commend Nirvana’s customer services and specifically note Nathan Dunham who has always done an excellent job and represents your firm well.

As an engineer approaching retirement in a couple years I became interested in the stock market around 1996. I read a book on chart patterns written by Ed Downs. I was impressed since the book made a lot of sense. Later, when wanting to trade the market I gravitated to Nirvana whose president was Ed Downs. That became a long term relationship with Nirvana. It’s been at least 26 years and many manuals, DVDs, reports and studies and Bash meetings about trading the market. Even though I have not become a millionaire, I respect and admire Nirvana and their support staff for my market education and friendships developed over the years.
