Creating Profitable Strategies has never been easier with Nirvana’s Strategy Wizard 4.0
The claim that Strategy Wizard 4 can turn almost any Strategy profitable is a bold claim. Here's just one example of this power. I’m telling you, Sequential Search works!
This Strategy was developed about ten years ago. When it was first created the Strategy was tuned to the market of the day and performed well at that time. However, since then markets have changed, and it obviously isn’t performing as well as it used to.
We opened Strategy Wizard 4 and asked it to examine the Strategies, Filters, and Exits to see if it could find better values.
The results speak for themselves. The improvement is dramatic – testifying to the fact that it can almost perform “Strategy miracles.” Imagine what Strategy Wizard 4 can do with YOUR Strategies. It’s a VERY exciting development!
Strategy Wizard 4 dramatically improves this Strategy in just one run.
Two Great New Features Take Strategy Wizard Profitability to the Next Level.
Now it's Possible to Tune an Entire Strategy in One Run.
Previously, we could only improve a few elements of a Strategy at a time because of how long it took to perform an exhaustive search. We had to perform multiple runs which was tedious and time consuming.
Now, it’s possible to explore virtually all components of a Strategy in one run, which means Strategy Wizard 4
can improve almost any Strategy’s profitability automatically.
In our webinar, “Profiting with Strategy Wizard”, we explain the process, which is not difficult. Just select a block in the Strategy, open it and tell SW which elements to vary.
In this example, we can see the value improving as the optimization progresses, going from a starting Hit Rate of 81 to 86 in a small number of runs.
It’s easy to use Strategy Wizard 4. This sequence shows a run in which the Systems, Filter and Trade Plan blocks are being optimized.
The first image shows the initial values for Hit Rate (75) and Back Test Profit per Trade (0.685%). We defined experiments for 3 blocks in the Strategy, the System, the Filter and the Trade Plan.
The final screen shot shows the Strategy Wizard Interface, which indicates the statistics for each run.
Back Test Hit Rate improved to numbers above 80, and in some
cases reaching 90, which is considerably more than the 75% in the original Strategy. But the key Statistic is Back Test Profit per Trade, which soared from 0.68% to over 3.3%!
This example shows the awesome power of this new version of Strategy Wizard to find the most profitable configurations for any Strategy.
Tuning Strategies for Specific Market States
One of the biggest breakthroughs we have seen this year is the improvement realized by trading specific Strategies in certain, highly-qualified Market States.
Now, in Strategy Wizard 4, it’s easy to specify a specific kind of market, like “Volatile” or “Trending”, and then let the software tune the Strategy to
The result is a Strategy that has
been specifically designed to trade
that market. In addition, owners of
the Adaptive Trade Management
System can improve and adapt specific Strategies for use in ATM.
This added level of precision can
improve results to a new level, and is
a great feature in Strategy Wizard 4.
Markets can change in an instant! We recently saw a dramatic shift from Bullish Market to
Volatile Market. Using simple indicators to define these conditions we are able to customize
Strategies to trade them. We show you how in the included seminar.
Using Sequential Search, 5 separate elements of a Strategy were adjusted, increasing Hit Rate by 20% and Profit per Trade by nearly 100%.
